Design Studio
We have our own exclusive design studio to ensure our trends are abreast of the latest in international fashion. With our products finding discerning buyers worldwide, we make sure that our design studio is aligned with global requirements.
Cutting
Dexterous craftsmen and hi-tech cutting machines work in tandem to execute the highly precise process of cutting. Contemporary CAD cutting machines ensure exactness of size while reducing wastage as well.
Stitching
To sew the fabric to perfection, we have a team of skilled personnel who are facilitated with the requisite state-of-the-art sewing machines. These include the world-renowned Juki which ensure that the process of sewing is marked with clockwork precision.
Checking
With a stringent policy of quality control being integrated within the operations, checking is a continual process. Right from procuring the raw material to the delivery of the finished product, checking remains an end-to-end procedure. A final inspection is also executed to ensure best results.
Ironing
We believe in bringing finesse to every produce, which alone truly marks the completion of an effort and wholesomeness of a product. For the finest finishing touch, ironing is done to make the products free from creases and wrinkles. Steam-ironing and machine-pressing methods are followed.
Packing
Our garments are packed with a range of packing techniques, customized to client requirements. They are now ready to be shipped to the customer's destination. Recognizing the evolving nature of fashion and changing client demands, we deliver not just our products but more importantly, customer delight.
